We stand behind business!
September 23, 2016
We stand behind business! We are involved in our community! We always help & educate! Three encouraging statements made by Leduc ATB branch manager, Lynette Hayden on our recent visit to the downtown Leduc branch. Not only is the branch in the heart of the community, but as Lynette explains, the ATB staff are “all heart”.

We know the broader ATB story – this crown corporation lead by the infamous Dave Mowat exists to help Albertans. The ATB website says, “We serve only one community. Alberta”. This stands true to the Leduc ATB Branch which is one of the largest branches in Alberta including four agency branches independently operated in Beaumont, Calmar, Devon and Millet. Altogether, ATB Leduc and agencies employ 40 people with a focus on four main banking segments – Personal, Business & Agriculture, Corporate Financial Services and Investor Services.

Lynette Hayden beamed with gratitude as she talked about the honor she has been given serving ATB and the community of Leduc. She began her banking career right here in the Leduc branch back in 1994 as a teller, and is now entering her second year managing the branch as it celebrates 40 years in the Leduc community. As Lynette embarked on her journey here in Leduc, Mr. Mowat expressed ATB’s trust in her to oversee the Leduc-Nisku region which he recognizes as a key economic driver for Alberta and a key market for ATB.

Lynette and her team are focused on supporting the people of this region both with business and personal financial challenges during economic downturn.  The staff at the Leduc Branch and four agency branches in the region have really stepped up in the past year to help clients because it’s the ATB way. “The ATB team is working with each customer on a case by case basis to listen and understand their personal stories, and to find creative financial solutions and options to help maneuver our customers through these difficult times.” states Lynette. Their mandate is to help Albertans, and this is exactly what they choose to do.  ATB wants to be a part of your story, and there’s no charge to sit down and talk to anyone in the Leduc branch to discuss how they can support your journey.

Lynette closed the conversation thanking the Leduc-Nisku EDA for the work we are doing, particularly now during this difficult time for many regional companies. She stated, “We at ATB support your work, and appreciate the opportunity to partner with the Association to best serve Albertans”.
