Virtual Tradeshow
The Virtual Tradeshow is a 24/7 online marketing tool that enables the Leduc-Nisku EDA to market regional companies and communities around the globe.
Located on the Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority (EDA) website, the Virtual Tradeshow receives the following outstanding exposure and benefits:
- An average 200,000 website hits every month
- Exposure to more than 2,000 business and political leaders each year at a booth located at monthly Economic Partnership Breakfasts
- Additional exposure at more than 200 tradeshows, conferences and Investment missions throughout the year
- Listings of company contacts in a Contact Directory in the Virtual Tradeshow booth
- Automatic increase in Google Search results and ability to easily find your business on the EDA's website through its powerful Google search engine
- Preferred customer status allowing clients to purchase copies of their Virtual Tradeshow on CD’s at a discount.
- Ability to change booth content and contact directory as often as required
- A professionally produced video made collaboratively with clients

Tours
The Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority (EDA) invites visitors to take a personalized tour of the region in-person or from any computer online. To access the tour online through the Leduc-Nisku EDA’s website, click here.
Those planning to see the region first-hand may also request the Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority's “Tours on Demand.” This service allows anyone to request a GPS device programmed with the same locations as the on-line tour.
Ambassador Program
The Leduc-Nisku Ambassador Program promotes the International Region in a unique way by creating extensive word-of-mouth from reliable sources with first-hand knowledge of the area.
Close to 3,000 Ambassadors in countries all over the world, spread the word about the advantages of Alberta's International Region.
The Ambassador Team is a group of local individuals, dedicated to the program, who volunteer their time to provide support and assistance by:
- Inducting new Ambassadors into the program,
- Recognizing outstanding Ambassadors,
- Acting as greeters, hosts and hostesses for visiting international delegations, and;
- Represent the International Region booth at trade shows.
Most importantly, Ambassador Team members promote the region wherever they travel and to whomever they meet.

Genuine Wealth
The Leduc-Nisku Genuine Wealth Project is the first of its kind in Canada to develop a new comprehensive system of measuring and managing the total wealth of a community as a tool for developing a genuine economy of well-being.
The Project was launched in June 2005 three goals:
- To inventory attitudes of citizens towards their quality of life,
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the community, and;
- Use the results of the project to help in municipal governance and decision making.
The City of Leduc will use the results of the assessment to develop its long range municipal plan and guide its annual strategic-business planning process.
